What platforms does Daxby integrate with?
Daxby integrates with Mindbody (direct API connection), ClassPass (via our Chrome extension that reads your ClassPass for Partners dashboard), and Axle CRM (also via the Chrome extension). No data migration is required. Daxby reads from your existing platforms.
How does the AI scheduling work?
Daxby uses the same optimization technology that Google uses for Maps routing and that major airlines use for crew scheduling. You tell Daxby which classes need instructors and when, and it considers every instructor's availability, preferences, workload fairness, and coverage requirements to find the best possible assignment across your entire schedule at once. You review the draft, make any adjustments, and publish.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Daxby runs on Google Cloud Platform with encryption in transit and at rest. We never store your third-party credentials. We use secure API tokens and browser-based data collection. Your data is isolated per workspace and never shared with other customers.
What happens after the free beta?
Paid plans begin in Q3 2026. Studios that join during beta will get early-adopter pricing and priority support. If you decide Daxby is not for you, you can export your data and walk away at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
For Mindbody integration, no installation is needed. Daxby connects directly via API. For ClassPass and Axle CRM data, you install a lightweight Chrome extension that securely reads data from those platforms while you are logged in. The extension takes under a minute to set up.
How is Daxby different from Mindbody's built-in scheduling?
Mindbody handles bookings and class listings. Daxby handles the layer above: deciding which instructor teaches which class, optimizing that assignment based on data, and giving you analytics across all your platforms. They complement each other. Daxby reads from Mindbody, it does not replace it.
Is Daxby only for pilates studios?
